Not bad, try getting range, mage, strength up to 70 first

Save the picture in paint, copy the part you want to show, open a new paint, and click the bottom right hand cornre, theres a lil square there you click it and drag it to make the screen smaller, paste your pic in there, then save then upload.

On topic-

set some goals , make the account members for easier training/money making, kill chaos druids/ slay, get a slayer helmet and you can wear it at 10 defence, its got higher def then rune full helm.

 

Make it a void pure, you've already got the required prayer and honestly a black pure is one of the worst ones out there.

The reason behind a Black pure is because you can get Rune Gloves at one level below Initiate pures, but you've kind of ruined that because you already have 10 Defence. You need to do Nature Spirit to get 13 Defence to be a proper Black pure. Sorry, but you should restart.

If it's solely F2P then you're on the right course.

 

Might aswell get 31 prayer.
Then just train your strength up

Do nature spirit and 20 defence time, 20 defence is a machine in f2p and p2p.

Not many F2P Money Methods, if you are P2P then do Flax -> Bowstring, that's a great way to start. Good luck.
