I haven't been able to make one in a while, but I know 3 letter names with a space are still available.

 

I highly doubt ALL of them are taken, just the majority of them. You gotta do real random shit like 7qv and t6f.

 

There are over 46,000 three letter names so I wouldn't think all of them are gone.

Even if a three letter name was possible, the name would still end up all screwy. Anything is possible in my eyes, so keep trying for the three letter names.
