    Agreed.

    People don't post in the General Discussion about movies 'cause they think it's not allowed.
    If there was to be a Movie section, people would post there, knowing he/she won't receive an infraction for posting in the wrong section.

    Yes it would be much wasted.. Besides I'm sure if it was added people would start wanting to bring a movie downloading section to sythe etc which is not allowed and would just be inconvenient.
