How could one steal from someone?

People are brutally killing each other all around the world with no remorse, and you're sitting behind your computer wondering how someone is evil enough to steal a runescape account.

 

no honestly im just mad i lost $300 worth of an account and not a signle mod will ban the guy who did it even tho ive been bumping the scam thread for 5 days straight, its bullshit this whole site is, scammers everywhere. so i give up, lock this thread, just know that to lock this thread means u dont care about people scamming. go to hell all of you

 

Some people are just horrible and don't think of what they made happen. People losing money. Children sad. Ugh it makes me sick.

 

Its very easy To figure this one out Some people just cant Seem to get what they want so they steal it not thinkin about what there doing they just do it. It is very easy to steal 100+ but to make it is harder One word when it comes to stealing temptation .

 

You knew how one being could steal from another before you made this thread. You're playing the role of the victim who's beginning to realize, while all along, you could potentially be the one commiting the crime.

You're not making yourself a name of, "The one who hates scamming."

I'm in acting school. I know all about the type.

You assume that thieves experience no guilt. Is that necessarily too? Can't you feel both guilt and greed?

 

You know,people are just gay,i worked for like 3 weeks to get an account from a guy so i can sell it (i didnt scamm it) and the next day when i found somebody that wana buy it with 200$ the pass was changed.Wtf

 

More than likely, the people getting killed have no relationship to him. So why would he care?

Exactly. My bike (and my brother's) was stolen right off my porch last week, and I wondered how the person didn't even realize that they were doing something completely unjustified and wrong. I suppose they were too concerned with the free bike to even consider that.

Many people choose the way that they'll look at a situation beforehand.

For example,

We'll assume the scenario of me being a theif.

I am a theif, and I see a new bike on a porch, totally un-gaurded. I could take this bike. I know, of course, that it's wrong, but it's very possible for me to take it. Now, let's think. The people whom I take the bike from COULD be sad, angry, with a variation of other mixed emotions. Nonetheless, which would assist in helping me in life, by any standard?

This bike, which provides convienence, among other things?

OR

Sulking over the fact that while I could have had a bike, the one I was stealing it from could have been sad?

It's every man for themselves, in most cases. Me caring about you being sad will not help me in life. On the other hand, this bike could provide much satisfaction.

So, they steal. It's pretty simple.

 

I don't believe it's lack of morals nor do I believe it's out of desperation. Morals are judged by each individual. To say someone has no morals is an opinion based on your morals. Theft can be more than just money or material possessions. People steal innocence by telling people something doesn't exist. People steal hope in humanity by doing things they deem inhumane. People steal ideas.

Sometimes, it's just purely out of lack of knowledge that they are stealing something. Everyone has stolen. There is no exception. It is human nature to take what you want and disregard others' feelings.

Some people purposely steal things for the adrenaline rush you gain from it. Just like sky-diving, it's the same stuff.

 

Don't scam just be careful.

 

For some, having a clean conscience does help you in life. So does not being found and arrested, or attacked by a guard dog (who was asleep, ffs.). But I agree, they were very easy to take. I wasn't expecting it because I live in a very safe neighborhood, and this is the first robbery in a long time here.

 

how about they just work to get somewhere in life? like everyone else, no half ass shortcuts... its pretty simple.

 

You must not have very much experience in the real world. No one ever gets anywhere in life by working hard. People get places by kissing ass.

 

lol working hard and kissing ass, they both contribute, but not stealing and theft... in the real world you get your ass thrown in jail if you steal and cheat. On these forums you just get banned, but the people get what they want and feel like a badass cause they got away with it.

 

Big corporations steal all the time. People steal all the time. You don't always get thrown in jail. Most of the time, you wont get thrown in jail. If you cheat, there is such a small chance of getting thrown in jail, it's not worth mentioning.

Have you ever cheated on a test? Were you sent to jail?

 

People steal/scam on here because this is a virtual world. They dont see people on here as actual people with real feelings. To them there only a few pixels. Rarely does any thief/scammer have to suffer consequences like you do in real life. This motivates them to do it more. Greed overwhelms them.
