    As seen quoted here by SYI/[Removed], Cesar lives with Montoya and Montoya happens to be DNT as well as SYI is.
    Not able to do an ip audit but i would imagine there is a match between them as well.

    This still isnt enough, you claim they live together but they dont share an ip at all. We hold members accountable for there IP, and these two members though they may live together use different IPs
