Decrease in sales? (Black Market)

Its been a while since I was somewhat activitly using sythe forums, alot of the tiem just veiwing topics rather then building apon my post count. I remember the first 4-5 months after I joined of broswing the forums, where almost every topic which had been selling account sold within the first few days to a week over been open. Now after not having posting on the forums for a fairly long time it looks like the amount of sales account wise has dropped massivly, what are the reasons for this? Is it because of the lack of cash in the enconomey, that spending real life cash on RuneScape was something which could have been cut, due to the lack of cash, That the people who did play runescape back when I joined where heavly into Rwt have lost the intrest or that the lack of methods of being able to Rwt have vanished.

So what do you think are the reasons for the lack of sales within the last 2 years?

Well most people got smarter and stopped falling for scams... So scammers got tired of making no money and quit.... But many are still here...

 

I'd have to agree with the amount of scammers who were around at the time, I lost around $500 A.U on the site at the time (One of the main reasons I have avoided this site for a fairly long time)

 

That and many real world trading is dying.

Because this site is about 95% scammers.

 

The site has a LOT of scammers, and Jagex are finding ways to shut off RWT

 

The main thing is Jagexs methods in place to prevent RWT.
If you'll remember everything was purchased with GP.
Except of course GP which were sold for RL money.

 

It's obviously because of the RWT bans that Jagex have put into place? People used to use Rs as a form of buying acccounts aswell as using to trade for Rl cash. Although their has been a decrease in Rs account sales i have seen a sharp increase of Xbox 360 sales and i think this should be noted by the sythe.org Admins and have its own spot on the sythe.org main web page, instead of being under a sub catagory of "Other games".
