At this time Primal was posting on facebook trying to defend himself from someone else accusing him as a scammer, so clearly was dealing with that rather then paying out. This person accusing had no involvement with the situation. Even says "His 7 days finished today, I just got of work personally, can't expect people to sit around waiting 24/7 to handle a single request from a single person" but can be there to send all these messages and screenshots instead of paying meepboop out.

You do realize if he would've just been more patient he would have gotten the 500m? then he threatened to ddos me (stating he has my ip)

I was only being nice offering him the refund which he clearly didn't care about since he blocked me.

 

You said not to "in case gold spikes" so I don't see how that's offering, also backs up the "stalling" argument

He was impatient, end of story.

 

So you get a Bil payday because someone is impatient and said they have your IP even 500m is a nice payout, I think it's more then fair that he gets the 500m returned. Especially with gold tanking as much as it has.

 

Well he blocked me on discord, and threatened primal so i don't see why he should be refunded anything? what would you do yourself if you were threatened?

 

I don't let issues get out of hand like this, and if I have a debt, I pay it promptly, I don't make people wait out of spite, because this will happen, welcome to the market. Primal knows how to get in contact if he had any good faith, mods on Facebook offered to collect as well.

Primal has, and I generally block people who 1, have scammed 2, I do not care for 3, do bad buisness or have 0 Intention of doing buisness with them.
But I hate to see this kinds of stuff happen in the market, and nothing gets done cause 90%+ of the time, it continues til its big enough for an exit scam. Why I made this report on my own time, purely to do the next right thing for someone I see getting taken advantage of. Was what he did right? No. Was the ban justified? Yes, was it right to keep his deposit? No, he should be paid out and end the agreement, keep each other blocked and move on. If the deposit was kept for a payout to a customer of some sort, for a ban/refund or missing items, I'd get that, but to put in your pockets is just greed.

 

Not putting it into my own pocket as i'm taking a break from everything currently, speak to primal regarding the deposit as hes holding it.

 

He's clearly refused, and why this post was made.

 

A few points from my side:

1: there was no right on a refund According to TOS - the 50% was a mere gesture of goodwill from our side.

2: your post about the scam accusations was made BEFORE meepboop had contacted me. Rendering any form of goodwill obsolete.

3: the TOS clearly state "no sooner than 7 days" this means, after at least 168 hours have elapsed. It does not say "after exactly 168 hours"
A genuine asking to wait a moment, is not ruling against any part of TOS or agreements.
Again, emphasis on the fact that according to TOS there was no right to refund.
But rather than dropping a message to me, to arrange a time / location to meet, we got dox threats, physical threats and public name damage.

The damage caused by Meepboop, and following also by you, are already highly outgrowing 500M, since you have been publicly posing me(Primalrs.com) as scammers, without grounds. Contacting people all around, banning / reporting / public shaming us wherever you had the chance.


This, infact is a clear violation of sythe rules.

You of course, had the full right to send out this very report, with all statements attached, yet posing us as scammers without any grounds is a clear violation.

Also - thanks for leaking my irl data earlier - the links are visible in the email coming from a watched post.

Which might have been edited out later but still has been visible to public


Specific to meepboop, there's the following:

Outsourcing work without notification
Physical threats (see report)
Negative advertising
DM advertising customers
DM advertising in general
False accusations on multiple cases.

We would've preferd a notification before opening and advertising things.
Since he, after getting a clear "don't advertise yourself" still went ahead and started dm advertising multiple customers, and numerous other people.

I believe, this explains our reaction on the whole situation.
