I am involved as I'm a moderator in several groups of Facebook, as well as having screenshot that were not shared (conversation with cutter and primal)

Hi, I'm just here to shed to light some situations with cutter that have happened, he is continuing to do things out of line to be able to manipulate situations to benefit himself, including bad trading practices, and personally I believe he purposely drove Meepboop to react the way he did, and knowing how Cutter/Primaal are and what they do, he was upset.

Details of the 1st situation
Primal was buying gold off a gold farmer. Primal at 1st said he would not buy the gold at that price, but linked to his discord and said "they would" (his own discord) Primal said he was ready, then when meeting with the seller, the seller was waiting for a confirmation on who he was trading, Primal kept just saying "trade" finally after a few attempts of getting a confirmation Primal said yes, the seller trades, then Primal sent a screenshot saying "this is what my worker sent me". Was a screenshot with 2 declined trades, but nothing identifying the trade, no chats with the screenshot, the seller has all screenshots, except that last "accept" trade. As a gold seller myself I take screenshots of every portion of the trade to protect myself. here's the screenshots of the sequence of events.

Afterwards I spoke to Primal myself, as the seller does not use sythe and does not speak English well, when bringing up to Primal to put on here and have Styhe mods decide, he was very evasive, this screenshot shows him "awaiting what higher ups rule" in which case he was banned from groups for not being willing to work with the seller

Meepboop is aware of this situation, and I personally see why he was upset when he is on the receiving end of Primal antics. He clearly tries to manipulate situations to his advantage. He clearly has bad trading practices. He also, when trading the seller, never once stated during the trade that it was a worker trading him, and made it seem like it was him trading (clearly to take blame off himself if something arises). I'm hoping by this post, it rules that Cutter/Primal are responsible to at least reimbursed Meepboop, but id also like to see the seller reimbursed as well.

Weather or not this is the correct way to post that they is scamming, it shows how they do not have good trading practices, and shouldn't be rewarded for it. If a Mod would like me to separate these, I will, but feel like they go together. Changed name to sythe name as not sure if he would consider that "doxing" using someone's 1st name.

Explanation of the trade:
Details of the 1st situation

Primal said he was ready, then when meeting with the seller, the seller was waiting for a confirmation on who he was trading, Primal kept just saying "trade" finally after a few attempts of getting a confirmation Primal said yes, the seller trades, then Primal sent a screenshot saying "this is what my worker sent me". There was nothing brought up about a worker trading him before the trade was finished. what he sent was a screenshot with 2 declined trades, but nothing identifying the trade, no chats with the screenshot, the seller has all screenshots, except that last "accept" trade. As a gold seller myself I take screenshots of every portion of the trade to protect myself. here's the screenshots of the sequence of events.

How they scammed: Primal did not make the gold seller aware that he was using a worker to go trade the gold, Primal was very sloppy with this trade, not collecting any proofs to back his side of the story up, he was very reluctant to make a confirmation that they were in trade together, Primal stated his worker did not get the gold he was traded, which with lack of information on the trade, its pretty obvious the gold seller was scammed, and either Primal or "his worker" got the gold.

My conversations with Primal on facebook, includes asking me not to report on here, as well as admitting his lack of communication during the trades.

Going through the rules and looking at other situations, others had a 30 day TWC put in place because they did not make the customer aware that they were using workers to do the trade for them, also stated in the rules is if one of these rules is broken on a different platform, it would be enforced here.

Explanation of the trade: Meepboop had deposited 1000m to PrimalRS discord, for a service provider position, which was agreed upon, that after 14 days 50% was to be refunded, 30 days 100%, meepboop lasted 27 days before he was removed for outsourcing work. he needed to wait 7 days before he was able to collect 50% of his deposit per there workers terms of service. The day Primal was supposed to pay the deposit, he was stalling paying out, and in a conversation to his co-owner Cutter, they said not to "incase gold spikes" and this got Meepboop upset, yes he acted out of line, and got a TWC here on sythe, but in the end that deposit shouldn't be taken because of this.

I'm just here to shed to light on these situations with Primal and Cutter that have happened, I am not collecting any payments for this report, nor would I even wouldn't accept a tip if its ruled in favor of the gold seller and meepboop, he is continuing to do things out of line to be able to manipulate situations to benefit himself, including bad trading practices, and personally I believe he purposely drove Meepboop to react the way he did, and knowing how Cutter/Primal are and what they do, he was upset. Also when pming Primal, he asked what cutters role in this situation which it states in the rules, any co owners are in the same way involved as the owner. Thanks for rephrasing your report. We at primalrs.com care about our reputation, which has been clean since the day we started, and we intend to have it remain so.

Would it be possible, to receive the full report including screenshots, to follow up on the chain of events?

How it sounds, there's a very neat story lined up here, which has been pulled. Completely out of context.

Additionally to the fact, that "the first situation" has been deemed resolved approximately 2 weeks ago on the said other platform, alongside the fact that the poster of this report had nothing to do with the resolving process.

If required, I will however happily go trough this process again, if required to keep our name clean.

As per situation 2, meepboop, he broke TOS , in multiple ways which clearly states a Deposit forfeit.
We were considering to offer the 50% coming along with a mutual agreement resignation, out of pure goodwill. The reactions of meepboop, including but not limited to, publicly calling us out, dm advertising in our server, doxing cutter and posing physical threats to me, are reason enough to remove any kind of goodwill in our opinion.

As soon as I am back on my PC, I will provide screenshots to support my above statement.

In the meantime, I'd appreciate if I can get the above report "unlocked" so I can actually understand the full claims and statements, to properly be able to go in detail on each situation.

 

The 1st situation wasn't resolved, as the victim wasn't payed back anything, and your still banned. I personally spoke with the victim less then 1 hour ago.
Where does it stated in your terms that outsourcing is against your rules, and as such, that it falls under the category of not paying the deposit? As your terms state, "infractions on a customers account, including mutes and bans" does not state about breaking terms of service, just that he is responsible for the account.

I believe starting up your own and advertising it in DM is the same, if not worse.

 

I don't see it expressed in your Tos you must follow sythes rules on providing, was he told this? as it seems to set someone up for failure to lose their deposit if not, lots of rules on sythe that if your going to follow on a discord server should be stated, but someone like yourself who does business on sythe should know better, like telling a customer you are using a worker when buying/selling gold. Your terms do state you need to have a sythe profile that's not banned, but can easily make 1 and hardly use it. Lets just take some time and let they sythe mods review and see if we can come to a resolution. Also might save some time for you to put up this "resolution" with the 1st victim

 

Unfortunately the accuser is lacking the "accepted trade" portion, as he finally got confirmation from Primal, all I could offer is proof of several billion gp sold by him to me, as well as other gold sellers on Facebook, with 0 issues, the accuser also has his own Facebook group with a good reputation and 0 scam reports.

initially we intended to refer to the following:
-The Deposit is 50% refundable 14 days after starting the working agreement

wishing him well on his new server and journey, following this part for customer safety :
-If the working agreement is terminated upon mutual agreement, the refund of the deposit, if eligible, will be paid out after closure of all open jobs, no sooner than 1 week after the termination of the agreement

after the following occurrences on the very day we were going to pay him out, the following things came to light:

this is the reason we decided to go by this part of TOS:

- You will not work for other service providers or alike without giving us notice. Doing so without giving notice will result in termination of the working agreement and having your deposit forfeited.

opening up a service oriented discord and advertising it to our customers, clearly is in violation with the above part of the TOS.

Seeing as your were in the group Daniel was a mod and deposited service provider before he started to work for you, was he asked for places he was currently working at? And if he already had his own discord? There isn't really any statements on places you currently provide for.

So he was asking permission to advertise his own discord? Because it was known very well he was providing elsewhere before he joined, so he was screwed from the start of it all, and you knew if he ever left you had ammo to keep the deposit
Can show screenshots if needed of him being in this group, as well as the rules stated that meepboop is a moderator and service provider.
What I see, is a consistent behavior of agreeing to pay somthing, stalling it out, then finding a reason not to, as in both cases a refund was offered, and neither got anything, even in the 1st case 25% was offered but not recieved (sourcing the victim as of yesterday) then the same with meepboop, so if not deciding that it's a scam, it surely is bad character to not hold your word in this market. I personally still believe both of victim's were scammed, whether by them selves, a worker, or the discord as a whole, I feel they should be responsible to some extent.

 

Could you explain what you mean by stalling? it was agreed to be paid the 28th but he wouldnt even wait barely 30 minutes for primal to get on, and claimed i stole 200m off an account i sold him aswell as saying he has my IP.
