Butterybrandt scammed me $4 USD when buying a pin

This is the first time that I've been scammed when buying a pin on Sythe. Usaully I only buy pins from high rank people or people with lots of vouches. Butterybrandt didn't really look like a scammer he seem legit, and had fair amount of vouches, here's proof of him scamming for a pin. DON'T BUY A PIN FROM BUTTERYBRANDT@@ :$

    Proof:

Me messaging him. ( Note - I made these screenies once he went offline on MSN towards the end when sending me a fake pin).

    Sending him cash PayPal.

Right after sending the pin on msn, he went offline right away. I tried to pm him on Sythe and got no response back. I took a quick look at his PIN page though and saw that he posted though and said something like "back in business only accepting accounts for pins.. or something." So he clearly scammed me for a pin and is ignoring me.

Well here' the link to his profile:

Thanks for reading this, I truely appreciate it, and hope you guys take some action against this scammer. I sent him 4 USD for a pin and never recieved a working pin. Thanks for your time.
