If I login on 2 accounts and meet up on a wildy world and kill my player will I be able to pick up my dragon claws on the other account?

Not anymore, but if you get your EP high on the account that's going to kill then you might get a good drop.

and also if I have 100m junk would I be able to trade even though my trade limit is 40k? (This is a example)

 

If you have 100M junk on one account and 100M in cash on the other the one account can buy the 100M junk from the other.

There are methods that people sell under the guide section , and im pretty sure if you get 100% ep there is a slight chance of you getting the d claws as a drop, as i saw someone in borderpatrol get a d claw drop from di on a win topic on rsc, it is possible, but i wouldn't take the risk personally.

 

Jagex said you can smite off a weapon off a person when they nerfed the drop system (sorta)

Im guessing if you are transfering from a main to a pure you need to go deep in wildy/

 

Anymore suggestion people

 

i suggest you buy a good transfer method that can be 4-5m an hour if u do it daily u will be able to afford the claws in no time.
