I'm Passing on the Gun, its an Extreamly bad Idea.. and against the law, i've figured out... snares and box traps and a sling shot works just fine.

 

Gun laws depends by the state, so in your case im not sure. But i dont think your going to get a legally lisenced gun unless its under your fathers name.

 

You won't get a gun at 15. It's illegal to have a gun at 15 + you have to have it registered. So, no, you can't buy one off internet.

 

get your parents to buy you the gun unless ur trying 2 shoot them rofl.

 

Why can't you get your parents to buy you a gun in their name? I have several guns of my own that I purchased that are in my parents name. Besides you must have an adult with you to hunt with you until your 16 or maybe it's 18 I forget And what the hell do you hunt in florida? Kinda creepy, seems like you wanna buy a gun to kill someone rofl.

Anyone of any age can buy a gun, usually...
Just as long as the seller wants to sell it to you and you have enough money to buy it.

 

Afraid not kid, this evil plan won't work. You need to be 21 and a registered gun user.

 

There are many restrictions on guns. Here is a lot of info you might need.

Buying at a gun store.

- Need to be 18 years of age with a license to carry a loaded weapon.
- If buying for hunting, must show a hunting license. (Same goes for crossbows)
- Must register the gun and cereal number.

Buying at a gun show.

- Any age can buy a gun, but if you are under 18, you must have parental conscent.

- Must have a gun license.

- Must have enough money, and have some sense in what you are buying, or
they won't sell you the gun.

- A buddy of mine went to a gun show, and he was buying a Desert Eagle, and he told me the seller asked him about 10 questions about the gun, to make sure he knew what he was buying, and wasn't buying it to go do a school shooting or something of the sort.

You don't always need parental consent.
There's a lot of people there who'll do deals "under the table," just so long as they're getting paid. You won't need consent in that case, or a license.

 

wrong. you will not buy a gun "under the table" by any professional firearms dealer.

to the thread poster, you need to be 18 to purchase a rifle/shotgun in your name. if your not 18 a parent can purchase the gun for you and register to their name.

for pistols its 21 years of age and a pistol permit, or a parent with pistol permit.

if you dont even know how to buy a gun? i dont know what your doing buying one then.


anyone who said/thinks a "gun show" "gun shop" will sell a firearm to a minor without a guardian A) doesn't know anything about guns, B) is a child themself.

It's incredibly easy to buy a gun on the black market in the US, it's also not, as Sorry Im f2p described, that expensive (unless you're buying a really good hunting rifle, which it seems you are).

Seriously, I've seen your other thread cookie. Going hunting by yourself, even in Florida, is a bad idea.
