Hope you do not mind this post as I feel this is an example of how a Mod Impacts bids. We really need more active Mods to support high value trades. lol the gp alone is worth almost $210, probably more depending on trade method. If 99 runecrafting plus 2100+ total level, and 283 quest points is not enough to overcome the $190, then you have a very skewed sense of pricing. I know people who would pay dearly for that many quests done and the skill required for them.
