iPod touch help

I have an iPod touch 1g 3.0 jailbroke, i got a video in my email is there a way I can save that and upload to YouTube without a computer?

Also if anyone knows how to sync cracked apps downloaded with installous on my ipod touch to itunes, i have appsync 3.0, but there not syncing to my itunes, if anyone knows how to do this without using ssh, or other downloaded programs, please post that aswell..
