Regarding Donations

Does anyone know when Donations will be up again?
In the meantime, are there any Staff to whom i can send money to count as a donation of sort?

 

Knowing how things go here, I'm assuming donations won't be back for months.

I doubt it. Unless you're planning on sending a large sum via WU, the admins aren't accepting the small $5-$25 donations.

I think if Ryan was willing to put his hand up and accept LARGE donations, Sythe would consider it. I don't see it happening any other way.

 

I was thinking of donating $10 or so, just to give back to the community. Now I can't

I asked TJ the same question (hes the official person to donate via paypal), and he didn't even know...

 

It's down because there currently aren't enough donations to be worth keeping them open; it takes a lot of time and effort to run, and there are only a few people on the site who would be trusted to run it.

I assume they'll re-open eventually, or perhaps periodically, but I don't think there is currently any set date or specific plans. If you want to donate, you'll just have to wait.
