What is he? Is he plain stupid or what is this?
I just went to read trough disputes since it's my favorite forum to read.
Then I read that post.

He used the word scam, so he's accusing someone of scamming?

I'm not trying to get the guy unbanned, as I don't even know him, I only want to know what the hell is happening to Sythe.
Back in 2006-2007 everything was way different than now.

Point lest for 3 reasons
He got a infection for a accusing someone of scamming,
With out no proof.
2.Nothing is happening to sythe you are just in your own world.
3. He used the word scam, so he's accusing someone of scamming.

Nick was probably referring to the way "Scam" was used sentenced in that particular sentence.

It's considered calling someone a scammer if you say "It smells like scam".

IMO, it was just an infraction which is nothing more than a "Nice" way the Mods attempt to get you to understand the issue presented. Even I have 3-infractions and yes, it did assist me in understanding my mistake with no real longterm damage to my standing.

 

Probability is not what a Mod should consist of.

As stated in the rules, accusing someone else of scamming without proof is infractible. Without proof, their post would otherwise be treated as spam.

As for that part, it is considered spamming, because it's not a definate as to whether the user will be purchasing the Guide or not. One way or another, he was going to get an infraction.

It depends which context it is used in, but in most cases, it will be an accusation of another.

This needs not discussion, he believes he might be a scammer, thus it is an accusation of scamming without proof.
