Manager scammer

Explanation of the trade: Anu applied 2 months and a bit ago for a manager position, had previously been a worker and although not a bad worker obviously not the best either but everyone comes with their differences and everything was fine, when the manager position came open a few people requested that I take him on board and he was extremely driven and hard working and I agreed.

A few days ago he contacted me regarding being paid for an order that you will see below as "not including Aarons" which was for 400M (as he had to pay his rent) not noticing the other orders stacked up until today when a customer contacted me regarding Anu not updating him with screenshots to his order like he said he would 24 hours or so ago (I assumed he was just busy, that's why we have the manager chat as shown below) I have since been contacted by a long term customer of ours showing that he also took another 280M 07 on top.

As of right now, it's as followed - 280M, 400M, 816M, 82M, 71M (refunded already), 150.7M, 175M, 485.6M of which you can understand the reason I requested to collect the funds from him.

I am going to be working with the customers affected, and so will my workers moving forward as per normal, just more a shame that he did this and then tried to play the victim card along side requesting his deposit and such of which he forfeited (yes I have him agreeing to my tos, unlike when I had issues with Meaty)

How they scammed: Anu has been a manager of mine for several months now after I took position again when @MrPotato24 and @mattrs stepped down (i think that's their sythe accounts could be wrong)

This was just our manager chat, not including PM (the reason i'm not uploading here) as you can see, I tried to push updates and told him to tag me when he is back. It took 2 hours almost, to get past the point of him "wanting to hand me the payment, but it's in RS3 currently" and he has to apparently check over everything when I have shown him everything to avoid confusion, and then throws some random stuff my way that wasn't even relevant to the situation.

Also found out he looted a customers account, customer isn't very active but it will be handled either way, just waiting for the guy to come change his password (we was both working on a max cape)
