Scammed by oneTIMER

Hey there, i'm Darwin and i'm here to make a scam report.

Here is actually our plan:
1. I lend him my noob account with 1.2Mill+pure stats, and he change the password.
2.He make my main a member with a pin.
3.I buy 2.5m worth of junk from him.
4.He returns my noob account and pay me 2 USD paypal.

BUT:
1. He tried to hack my main but i recovered it 1 hour later.
2. He successfully hacked my noob account.
3. He appear off line right after i log out from my main.
4.No money in PayPal

I got his IP, its s0106000c41aaa3f2.ca.shawcable.net , wonder whether it will help.
Please ban him!
