Long story short, I believe I have waited long enough (over 1 year) for the refund promised and the most ideal solution would be for the original seller (PandaPowa) to refund the initial amount, and let them wait for the resolution from his side (from his friend)

Also another perspective is that if I had been refunded years ago, I would have gained interest (or whatever the fancy word is) in regards to my Bitcoin increasing in value since then

@PandaPowa Going to issue a DNT until this is resolved, Please refund @Jeff as you're liable for selling the account to him even if it was on behalf of someone else. You said you would help recover it if anything happens and the OO was someone other than your friend.
