IP banned? What?

I am having trouble accessing some parts of the site because it says my IP is blocked like even when i go into the dispute it says "The administrater has beened your IP" and it wont let me access, along with black market and even randomly some threads i try to go into itll say my IP is blocked. Mind helpin me figure this out? I have even tryed sending this to a few mods and admins VIA Private Message, but it gives me the same message everytime

Heres the message "Sorry. The administrator has banned your IP address. If you feel that your IP address should NOT be banned, you may contact the administrator here, or ask someone to post in the Dispute Forum on your behalf."

 

It depends what your IP is. You can PM it to me and I'll check the ban list. More likely though, it's blocked.
