Need Help limiting time played

I need help limiting the amount of time i play. i just got into the game again, and i need a way to limit how many hours i log. i find the hours just rolling by and i dont get anything done. i wont level from 24 to 25 in 5 hours of gamplay becuase i get so distracted in game. any tips or suggestions would be great.

 

Check the Parental-Section on WoW.You can controll what Hours you want to play.

 

Set a time limit for your computer to turn off after 3 hours. Get some exercise

 

What in the world do you do in 5 hours and only go for 24-25?

 

Use the ingame alarm and set it to 3 hours or however long you want to play that way you will know.

 

I play soccer from 9-11 then 1-3 daily. I get plenty of excercise. The in game timer sounds pretty useful I'll try that. any tips for staying on target when playing? i just can't seem to get anything done when i play.

 

World of Warcraft.com > Manage Account > Parental Control > Set it up however you like. It will ensure that you stay within your own defined time limits.

 

Oh that's good Dawg it's just a game. As long as you have fun with it just play, you don't NEED to be on target and doing quests, etc. But yeah, try the game timer.Make plans for the day... etc. good luck

 

Use parental control and while playing just do quests and don't go fish or something time consuming that takes you off your questing.

 

Don't Spend so much time playing if you are stuck then leave it for awhile and level a different toon

 

I would also suggest just focus on questing, don't just be messing around in SW or running around naked in IF like some idiots. Do work, mess around for a LITTLE bit, log out, do some IRL things.
