Hopefully this is just an error,

I've searched the 'Report a Scammer' forums and have not seen a single thread which provides evidence for this rational ban.

"You have been banned for the following reason:
For banning firetorso out of 1.5t on UK over a year ago. Bitch.

Date the ban will be lifted: Never"

I mean, this is a real shock to my eyes.

Also, the user 'FireTorso' and his other account 'MikeChirk' are actually banned

This was so long ago that I have forgotten the intention towards his behaviour, but please view this thread;
