HELP please - get rid of f2p pop-ups

I'm f2p and we have those annoying ads at the top so I downloaded something here on sythe that was good for discluding the popups but it only works for mozilla firefox which absolutely sucks for runescape. It laggs a ton.

So I want to go back on internet explorer but the problem is i'll have those pop-ups and my computer is being annoying the pop-ups are getting blocked and the yellow info bar keeps popping up every 30 secs asking to install the pop-up.. so finally i gave up and clicked install and it asked me to open/save i tried both and i get errors. It drives me nuts.

After it fails those pop-ups continue to pop-up on my blue tab bar next to the start button 2 pop-ups at a time for every 30 secs and it pisses me off.

Can anybody tell me how to fix this or know a pop-up blocker (for internet explorer) that wont display the info bar every 30 seconds. I X'd it so many times.

ur best bet is downloading swiftkit, its free and it can be helpful in all sorts of ways
