Need paypal help bad!!!!!!!

I am under 18 unfortunately and I need to know how to make a pay-pal account that can use a pre-paid visa debit card..

I know I am a leecher and all at the moment, but i had a forum addict way back when, if you guys were around when sythe was hacked... I lost my account and quit rs when my maxed init was stolen =(

Theres no special process to signing up for paypal, just go to www.paypal.com and go through the process.

If you have the card already, you can even verify it to have a full-access account!

Do what the poster above me did. I myself used the guide around here about using Netspend.com where it gives you a virtual bank account and ships you a prepaid card in which you can add money to anytime.
