(mail) Buying high level main (mail)

Hey guys, I am currently into runescape. I'm 21 and in college. I'm looking for a runescape account to play on my free time, if I am not going doing something.
I want a high level main with 10m+ on the account.

I have sold my ps3, so have around 300-500.00 to spend on an account.

The way I will trade is if somehow we can pay for OMM, take twice as long to get to us, or this:

You give user pass, bank pin, and all if you would like.
I dont change pass.
You give your information to ship it to you, I pay for shipping.
We can discuss over phone if needed.
Once you recieve, I change pass and you tell all the info.
