The truth about private scripts

Can scripters provide empirical feedback on the superiority of private scripts, does changes to a few lines of code truly protect you?

 

i dont think so, but thats just my opinion.

 

I only use private script for special thing like training hcim on goblin till 43 prayer. I wouldnt pay a private script if theres a public one.

 

it's not the case that private scripts are 100% automatically superior to public ones. A badly-written private script that doesn't have much randomization and such(hence making Jagex detect patterns A LOT easier) would most definitely be far worse than a great public script.

 

I'm just using public premium scripts, never bothered paying alot more money for something thats not reliable. You're botting anyways, you'll get caught eventually

 

What makes private scripts superior to public scripts is not necessarily that public scripts are more or less detectable, but that private scripts are customized in such a way that it corresponds to your very specific request. In other words, if you have a unique method that is relatively undetected, the private script will bring you a long way.

 

Case-by-case basis. In general, you cannot see what you are paying for so it's very possible you are being sold (potentially stolen) garbage.

Subjective of course. Assuming they utilize "pattern recognition" to detect botting, it would be easier to observe a pattern amongst 10,000 users using the same script rather than 10.

 

Always been curious of this and have looked into buying one, but public ones do me just fine. The only way you'll ever know if it's worth it is to try one out and buy one.
Unfortunately they're pricey as fuck so if you drop $500 on a script and you're still canting bans, gg $500.

 

in the first place, private scripts aren't something necessarily used to make your accounts totally unbannable. You use private scripts to potentially decrease bans, and to have as much customization options as much as you want depending on how you want your script to run.

 

the actual truth of private scripts is that, they often are never private, a seller will quite often sell the same script to others if it's convenient for them, and it will be very hard for you to prove that they are only selling you a private script, with 100% exclusivity.

 

there's definitely some truth to this, but it will depend on who you get your scripts from. as always, learning and creating one yourself is always the best option!
