I have acquired many recon accounts with the recent passing of Bungie Day 2009. I'll list there rankings here but I'm only giving out the gamertags to the final buyers for obvious reasons. (Recon getting taken off.) Taking all offers of money at the moment as long you're transferring through paypal.

I haven't changed the armour on it yet but it DOES have recon but it will not show as active armour on the service record until I change the armour in-game which I haven't yet.
