Well, I think this community is quite a large one, and really does need some community based activities so, I decided to do something about it.

The Prizes​

• First Place - 40$ PayPal
• Second Place - 20$ PayPal
• Third Place - 10$ PayPal

The Rules/Requirements ​

You must:

• Not have recieved any infractions while being entered into the contest [That means no infractions WHILE ENTERED, not any previous ones.]
• Must have 50 Post Count (To avoid people trying to enter more then once)
• Must have been a member of the site for over a week.

For this week, it being the first, there isn't too many choices, but I'm open for suggestions: [MORE TO BE ADDED]

• Write a few paragraphs about someone here on Sythe, how you met them, what you know about them etc. Make it somewhat essay format
• Tell a story about Sythe.org, real or fake, that involves you or the community.

Why're we having these?​

No, its not pointless. This is teaching the community to try to think about the website as a community, ultimately leading on to next weeks contest/activity, which will be more fun.

How will this work?​

You'll enter in your contest entree by posting here, I'll be reviewing them all as they come in.

Also, Please vote in the poll for which game should the next contest revolve around.

It was early last year that I became to know Dustein.

We were both spamfags, posting lulz when it suited us.

After a while we took notice of each other and started chatting on the IRC, closely followed by chatting on msn.

For months we have chatted, getting to know more and more about each other.

Recently, Dustein said I should come over to MS(according to him, I'm pretty sure I brought it up)

If all goes well, I'll be going over to see Dustein in MS in under two years, where we will dine at Golden Corral numerous times, purchase vast quantities of mountain dew, and consume various other white trash products.

I met "TheHacker" here on sythe a while ago, after doing one of my largest trades ever. If I can remember it was my level 134, for his 150$. This was by far the most expensive trade I have ever done. He went first, and it went perfectly. We were both very satisfied after. After the trade, as he was still on my MSN list, We started meeting in runescape often. We were very competitive, both trying to reach 99 strength. The training seemed 10 times easier and much more fun, if we trained together. Which most the time we did. A month later we had reached 99 strength. It felt amaaaziing We partied. Lol. Then I was desperate for a pin, so he sold me one. The paypal transaction came through, extremely quickly. So I was like, where do you live? Around abouts. Guess what. He lives about 30 minutes away. He is one year older than me. I atchually knew him IRL. But I didn't realize he went on Sythe xD!

So basically the point of this, is I hardly knew this guy. I'd heard of his name and such. But never atchually properly 'hang out' with guy. Now we're best mates. I see him alot. Funny, such a small world.

 

I've decided to write about Benwise90.

Benwise90 is young and equally naïve, though I feel his intentions are generally benign. I am, however, sometimes equivocal of how good he is on a purely intrinsic level. I feel Benwise90 is, despite the floral, warm nature, something of an introvert character -- though he occasionally makes questionable exhibitions regarding the way in which he is treated, he is generally quite 'quiet', from what I have observed mainly in the Internet Relay Chat. Aesthetically, he's a doll. He boasts baby blue eyes, pretty boy blonde hair and a figure that, although not describable as 'fat', could be more appropriately regarded as 'chunky'.

I enjoy Benwise90. He's a friendly boy, and has helped me on a few occasions. A favourite minion of mine, Benwise even assisted me in leveling a World of Warcraft character when I sadly became too tired to proceed further with it. Benwise, however, persevered, and helped me through that arduous endeavour. Additionally, throughout the duration, he had access to my World of Warcraft account, including its username or password. Though I didn't expect such a thing from young Benwise, I feel it's perfectly relevant to indicate that the account remained safe for the entire time, further vindicating my resolution that Benwise is, after consideration, a rather benevolent boy.

Give me the money!

Well here it goes.


I met the user "jooker" I know many of you don't like him =p. Well anyways it started off in the guides section. I was selling a guide and he was my first customer. He added me on msn and I went first. He sent me the money so he already started on my good side. Anyways, the guide ended up getting patched so I gave him a free one and he later bought another guide from me. After purchasing the second guide we began to talk. We ended up becoming friends and firstly started a training buisness which we got a few orders but later quit because we didn't have enough time or orders. After that we were constantly talking on msn and eventually he gave me his private msn. We became better friends talking about things runescape and non runescape related. Then, we opened a gold shop, which miserably failed. We had no method and little gold. Anyways, we ended up starting a website together. It was all set up and we had a few members and small community going. But then we decided to re-model. We reset the site deleting everything. We chose myBB instead of Simple Machine Forums. Anyways, Jooker uploaded the cookies wrong and then he got grounded until september . So I was stuck with the website and no clue on what to do. After countless trys I gave up, but all in all we are good friends and remain good friends even though I never get to talk to him.
