Question about PayPal.

I was just wondering if there was a way I could set up a new PayPal account in a different country so that I could send and recieve without a CC or Bank Account. I think I've read about people doing this but I'm not sure what country I should register in.

If you register with Australia, you can send and receive money without Credit Cards or Bank Accounts attached.

Good idea. I would of made one too but I already have 100 USD in my US one :laugh:

 

I beleive you can join in Australia, Or New Zealand, and you don't need a credit card.

 

Australia or Canadian works well

 

Canada's got patched I believe. I got screwed over with that.

I'm going to try an Aussie one to check.

 

If you do decide to register the Paypal in another country, Paypal will most likely limit the account as it is registered in a different country. Play it safe and register it in your own country.

 

Nah none of my PayPal accounts are in my own country and none limited

 

The Aussie one was working, but I was helping DJ and it said I needed a credit card to send money now. I'm not sure if they fixed it or it's just my account.

 

Any verification that the aussie one is patched like the candian one or not?
