What to do: Post in scammer section, and toeknee will be the one banned, and joshua give the information to the Middleman so he did not scam you, toeknee did, he said he had to go when it takes less then 3 seconds to send you the information over MSN, sorry to see that happened to you, after you are done and you have not received the account then make a dispute on paypal and wait, hopefully you will win it

Just a prediction: He probably said be back in 4 hours to see if you would post a scammer report and if you did he would give you the account, If he didn't then he would keep it. I have heard reports saying that he has scammed people before, whether it was true or not.
