Anybody know any items i can alch for profit ? buying runes and item

Not sure if they still are but granite shields were 33.2k in g.e before, and weer alching for like 30gp over (including price of nature rune) so try them

 

Try attack pots(3), its cheap and u lose about 100 gp per alch.
