It has to be decent atleast 1mill on it and one 99 stat at the minimum if not then a 90+ stat it needs 1-20 defence , DT done and other quests etc..

I have a level 45 with 1 def dt is done as well as other quests. he doesnt have and 90+ with a few good stats like 65 fletchin u can make tons of money off of that or 66 wcing you can make money he doesn'e have 1m he is suppost to be a g mauler/ranger/ancients. but if you buy him you can make him what ever you want.
