Hmm, I zoomed in with paint, and as far as I know, when this new update was launched, so was they way numbers and letter where written. Pay attention to the 9 in the earth runes, go on RuneScape, and look at the 9, much different. It should be different, because if you pay attention to the w in the chat, first line saying 'selling willows' the w looks the same as it does now.

I went ahead and logged on to RuneScape, and typed in 'Sellin 2.4k maple longs lowest price' and it looked exactly the same as in the picture stated above. This tells us he put another picture of price check, before this update aired, and pasted it on the picture.

I think he is a scammer, and there is my proof.

No every real life scammer uses paypal/mail. Western Union is one of the safest methods since there is a transaction ID to keep track of the payment. You can't refund with Western Union but you can cancel the payment.
