Have bought avatar services from hikimaru for YEARS. Any time I am trying to build up a main acc I go straight to hikimaru for game avatars. Great price, never frozen, and always reliable.

 

The NC codes sold are legit, but beware of random and sudden hikes in price and ingenuine offers to discount future purchases due to any such hikes, it never happens since the seller never has the time/or bothers to "verify" your purchase to actually provide said compensation. Keep in mind it takes 3-5 minutes to check a transaction on PP/shoppy.
