WTB a scout bot

I'm looking to buy a scout bot. It ought to have these features:
- hops around in chosen locations
- posts found players on a given discord server
- posts information such as their name, gear setup, risk, combat level and whether they're skulled or not
- usable in pvp & wilderness

 

also the scout bot should be able to regear (burning ammy, teleport etc.) and teleport back to given location
