Jagex nerfed using basic spells to get up your ep. They also said if you hit to many 0's in a fight someone else can join in and show how it's done/ No glitch maybe next time.

Only way to gain ep without getting attacked is bolting. not striking but bolting with a trusted friend.

 

simple answer:
when "bounty-worlds" came out they updated the fighting system in pvp; therefore if people fight with each other for like 10 mins or more other players around are allowed to attack them; to avoid abusing the pvp system(=26k trick)

yep, also... I think they set a limit on like how long you can fight a single char.

 

I wasn't in a BH world. There were no targets.

 

its a pvp glitch with the timer
