    Dang you should sell the money for real life money. But i know if I had that account, then id make a SICK pure. I'd even feel motivated for training it if i had that much on a lvl 3 lol.

    Merchant with it. Make a rule that every 100M profit you make, you spend it on a 99 skill such as herblore or Firemaking etc. Repeating this will give it good skills and you keep the most part of your wealth.

    There are bound to be new items in the future so you will need that money to get a new item/new 99. You never know, maybe you could be first person to the fabled 99 sailing.

    If you really want to do something then turn the level 3 into a skiller, 99 Herblore/Smithing/ Crafting/Rune Crafting would look amazing for a level 3.
