srs hunter question.

when hunting swamp lizards, will the ghast thingy's kill me if i haven't done the quest?

 

no, just drain ur run

 

They hit on you every once and a while, the annoying thing to me was the snails, because sometimes they would attack sometimes they wouldn't and i was a low level when hunting i think lvl 40, and they do pretty heavy damage i was forced to bring food

 

They don't hit you very much at all if you stay in that one same place and don't move

But the quest is really easy i would just go ahead and do it
