    How To Keep Fit, And Obtain A 6 Pack Fast.

    Welcome to my guide to get a 6 pack FAST! I see lot's of people asking questions about this so I'm here to help!
    Step One!
    FOCUS ON GOOD NUTRITION, THIS IS A MUST! Make a commitment to healthy living and healthy eating, Such as limiting you're meals to a low, and eating good food such as Fruit, Vegetables, Leen Meat, Fish, Eggs Etc. Increase your water intake. Limit your consumption of processed and fast foods. Eat one to three small snacks every two to three hours. Pump up your intake of fruits and vegetables while increasing your water intake from one glass to six to eight glasses of water.

    Step Two!
    Get rid of the pounds and or kilograms. You need to trim the fat away from your muscles to achieve six pack abs quick and fast. A little regular exercise will slim and trim your abdominals. Schedule an exercise session six days out of the week to trim your abs and reveal the six-pack hiding underneath. Whether you use cardio to drop the pounds or kilograms or increase your weight training schedule to get lean and mean...weight loss is a requirement to get 6-pack abs fast.

    Step Three!
    Enlist the help of a personal trainer to help you achieve your six pack goal. A certified personal trainer is knowledgeable of core strengthening techniques, body toning, exercise physiology and abdominal-shrinking diet tips. He or she can design a proper program to help you shrink the fat, focus on proper nutrition, and trim your abdominals. If you don’t have the funds to hire a personal trainer, visit your a gym, go for walks, exercise you'reself, get a keep fit DVD which will tell you how to keep fit or sign up for free classes on nutrition, aerobics, cardio and abdominal strengthening.

    Step Four!
    Do exercise that target the abdominals specifically. Leg lifts, Sit ups, reverse crunches, bent-elbow planks etc are exercises to help you achieve your six-pack ab goals. Work out your abdominal muscles with a max of 20 repetitions. Rest your muscles for 60 seconds between each rotation of reps. To achieve your six pack goal you must exercise a minimum of six days a week, and rest on the seventh day.

    This is common sense, with a small tip.

    All you need is to maintain a fit diet for your weight and if your a bit chubby, do cardio first. Once you drop a few start doing weight exercises (optional consume more proteins to show growth of muscles).The six pack can easily be achieved amongst the average person withing 12 weeks or under. Crunches (all variables) and leg lifts are the best exercises. Push yourself to achieve waht you want.

    Dont buy DVD's or get a trainer unless you desperate. All that is needed is motivation.

    nice guide but there's a little problem. Your targeting fat ppl, how bout the other end of the spectrum? Surely you can't get rid of the pounds if you are skinny. Overall though, I like the format.
