go to somebody's house in yanille with a lectern for making house tele tabs
if u need to find one to to the event section on the rs forums
anyway
buy the supplies: 1k soft clay, 1k laws, 1k dust runes
take all dust runes and laws in ur inv and 26 unnoted soft clay
go to the persons house and make the teles at the lectern bank and repeat
its good money and good magic exp
