Buying Mod Account

In search of a Moderator Account. Account stats and inventory are not the key concern. As for my budget, I would expect to spend well above $2000. Considering the amount of money and security of the account, I request no reference/indicators to the name be posted. I will contact you if interested.

I have purchased a Mod prior and have had no issues now for almost two-years. Unless you have experience with mod accounts, please spare me the Jagex security risk opinions. I'm well informed.
