Need appeal help badly! please look

Hi, I recently checked my very old banned account for the heck of it and I now have an option to use a appeal again which is weird because I already used it. Could someone please help me with it or point me into the right direction to a guide that helps out with them. The offence is for bug abuse so I would need to know which option to choose. (1. Someone else had access to my account, (which someone actually did) or 2. I think customer support have made a mistake). Then I would need to have a legit explanation. If someone would help me I'd be so thankful, thank for your time.

well in my experience if you go for somebody else had my account and the ip address is different then it will most likely be unbanned, but i havent benn banned for bug abuse ect.

you could also try that account unbanning thread on the rs forums someone could point u to a link cos i don't know it.

It's completely random, you're very likely to get denied no matter what you do.

I believe at one point Jagex did a mass un-banning, offering many an extra last appeal. This was about 1 or 2 years ago I believe.

But the cold hard truth is they don't even read appeals; so you might be bant either way.

I know, thats the weird thing. I got a last chance appeal, used it and now I just happened to look again at the accounts appeals/offences and I have another appeal I can use...weird.
