VikingSkillUp - Igoring and Telling me I have to pay for more

I paid @Vikingskillup 155M (105 thru trade and 50m left on account) for Rune Gloves (35 Defence), Halo from Castlewars, Fire Cape, Desert Treasure, Mage Arena II Cape, Avas and Books on 3/22/2021. I been trying to ask about progress each day and it got to the point he started ignoring me. He then told me he has a worker that could do barrows gloves fast and I'd have to pay him that first for him to do fire cape AFTER numerous days after taking the money. Hard any of these have been done and all I'm looking for now is a refund or having my work completed. Proof of DM via discord is below:
