what does jagex do if people file charge back by paypal?

Hello. I know Jagex take paypal as one of buying subscription method.
but what jagex will do if the payment got investigated or Charged back ?
I heard they will ban account, but what if this account is Zezima or others accounts which got hacked, do jagex still ban them ?

 

They ban the account until the credit is payed off.

Yes, I read related statement before. But potential problem .
the account holder have to pay for membership if his account got stole,
and its unfair to foce him to buy membership =@

 

It happened to me. I payed membership for my friend and I, and my parents didn't know about it, so they charged it back.

Back then, they didn't allow me to pay for membership via pins/online, and I had to mail in a $8 check each month I wanted membership.

It is not unfair to force them to pay for a subscription. What gives them the right to play if they are getting benefits that they have yet to pay for.
