I think the key is a really good idea, I've been hacked/scammed numerous of times and lost a lot of money. It's not that I'm stupid and fall for phishing sites or download keyloggers it just happens.

 

If they sent me one for free i'd probably use it, but im not paying to keep the account safe, i can do that myself for free lol

 

It sounds weak, alot of people have bypassed dongles used for security. It would only take so long until someone figured out how to software emulate one of these and decrypt the key.. which probably wouldn't take long.
