Post count

Please theres many spammers here wich abuse market section to rise his post count spamming people threads or bumping his own thread... so dont let them raise it in market/spam section, make them when they post they dont get any post count. in there I have seen people with +1k posts in 2 weeks or 1mounths who just joined.. trying to get trusted and most of em I have seen them banned for scamming wich i find pathetic.. I think this would help to keep this community scam-free { not even in 100 years >.> but who knows

or heres other idea.. for other sections... TO get post count you need to type more than 10 words.

It happens on any forum. Change it 10 words and there will be many 10 word posts...

 

A recommendation would be to perhaps add a count based upon buys/sells. This number could then be postioned under the "Vouch" number? As you pointed out Angry, very few sites take the steps toward improved systems. Not saying this is an overnight fix, but legit sale/buy over an established $ mark could be submitted to identify legit members with a solid standing?

 

Ermm , what about , if someone see user which is bumping or just spamming tooo much , gets account ban

There have been tons of suggestions about post count limitations and it's even on the do not suggest list (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=183249).

Your not supposed to trust someone on their post count anyway, and if you do that's your fault.

 

Don't accept post count as trustworthiness. Problem solved.

No, post count shouldn't be used as an indicator of trustworthiness. A bad assumption I had in my earlier Sythe years when I was scammed by a "Guru"

People post count don't raise int he spam section.

Post count shows activity. You might as well have it. Just don't use it as a measure of trustworthiness.

Then the "many spammers" would just spam with more than 10 words >_<

 

Meh Instead of saying bump. People would just say. "Bump, still for sale! Offers anyone!! Get it while its here!!" ect.
