    I have a question.
    I recently sold an account but it got locked. If the other user gets it locked, is it my responsibility as well? What would happen if I try to recover it, but it stays locked. Would I have to reimburse him, or is it his responsibility?

    if you sell something to some1 its theirs if they get it locked or something thats their problem

    It shouldn't be locked unless you tried logging in the day he did, or tried recovering.
