Fan help

Hello, rarely I ask for tech help, but on this one, I'm stumped.

Ever since I made a Hackintosh with iATKOS v7, then installed Ubuntu and Fedora Linux, and now on Windows 7, my fan has been running its fastest all the time. Even when my computer is sleeping, it's still doing it! I have no idea what to do, I even bought a new HD because I thought it was the HD.

EDIT: My problem was my ATI Radeon HD 4670. The fan on it was running, not the CPU fan. I used the "Manual fan control" in the Catalyst Control Center to turn it down.
