PayPal Question

This is just a quick question:
Imagine that A sends me money on PayPal, and I send them to B. A then recovers the money. What happens then? Does B loose the money? Do I get negative credit on my PayPal? What happens?

 

You would get the money took off you that A had sent you, B gets to keep his, from thinking this through, you could think of a full Anti-Scam paypal method.

It was just because I didn't want to get called a scammer/banned if one of my customers took back the money after I sent them to someone else.

you should always get A to claim and cancel.
Unless A was CC funded, that way he CAN NOT recall payments.

B never loses the money, you will get a negative balance.

 

Uh, what? If A was CC funded, it was would be EASIER to chargeback. Much, much easier.
