Infraction from HeavenLord.

I was recently infracted for spamming by HeavenLord.

What I posted:

You'll find about 30 threads all with the same or similar names. All of which contain almost impossible-to-read, messy text.
This should speak for itself, really:

I was simply indicating that they should tidy up their posts. Yes, I should have sent it via PM. But from what I can see, I have been infracted for telling somebody the facts, and trying to help them from getting an infraction themselves for spamming (alot of their posts are just a few words such as 'ill buy').

I personally put a lot of effort into my posts to keep them tidy. I use correct spelling and grammar, ofcourse I make a few mistakes now and then and you've probably noticed a few in this very post . Anyway, all I'm saying is that I wasn't spamming, unless me and the staff here have very different opinions on what is classed as spam. As I previously noted, I should have sent it via PM, but whether that deserves an infraction.. well, it's up to you guys. Just review your decision and tell me if you're sure.

The way you presented it was irrational (you could have PM'ed him), and it had no relevance to the thread, so it is counted as spam, or reported the post.

Denied.

Next time just PM and report the post, and one infraction is not much to worry about, if you can learn from your mistakes
