    Explanation of the trade:
    I went onto their website to buy some gold which were smooth until I paid and they started to ask for ISP documents and copies of my ID card which I of course will not provide to a gold seller who cannot even tell me how they store my data. That is just plain stupid. They won't deliver my gold useless I supply them with the document which I do not intend to. Afterwards I ask the Customer Agent or bot I don't know what he is to show me a proof of the refund since I didn't even get a confirmation e-mail when I made the order which means that I cannot even prove that I paid them.

    The guy in the chat keeps saying that he will process my refund but refuses to send me any kind of proof and since they won't send me any kind of confirmation e-mail on me even paying I start feeling uncomfortable and I honestly do not trust these guys.

    This is my first time posting anything like this so please inform me if I missed out anything.

    I paid with my credit card and no I for sure got no order confirmation. I only got their sing up welcome e-mail thing. I have checked every folder in my inbox. I know this isn't exactly a first world problem but I still find it sketchy.

    Regarding the verification process its quite common in this market to request additional information in order to lower the fraud rate and the owners of the website make it clear in their ToS, which can be found on their website.

    When did this transaction happen? The live chat agent said that you would get contacted by their accountant in a few hours?

    I understand that it's and that is not what I am disputing. I am disputing the fact that they happily taking in my order and my money and without giving the slightest of proof of me paying them or getting a refund from them. IMO the least thing they can do is to just confirm it.

    I gave @Delusional Society confirmation of the refund through livechat & email, The worker on at the time didn't have access to refund orders.

    I'll post it here as well and edit it out for staff

    Confirming that I have spoken to Veng and judging by the screenshot he send everything SEEMS to be in order.

    I think it would be appropriate to close and archive this one now.
